Looking for a part time or full time Property Maintenance Tech. We are a small business with 100 self owned/managed units looking to grow our portfolio internally as well as opening our property management services to other landlords. We are hoping to find someone looking to grow with our business and be the head of the department. We service Southern NH and Northern MA
Job Responsibilities
- Repairs, and services to all rental properties.
- Be able to fix smaller issues that arise
- Manage/perform landscape and snow removal (equipment provided)
- Receive and Manage maintenance calls/texts
- Manage / Work on other flips and unit renovations
Skills Needed
- General contractor skills
- Time management
- Communication
- Basic computer/phone skills (property management software, emails, texts, google drive and Microsoft)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
